Complimentary Initial Consultation
We offer a complimentary, one-on-one initial consultation to discuss your style and vision. As is our trademark, Paperwhites offers careful and constant guidance throughout the process of selecting and creating your invitation. Our goal is to ensure that your style and budget are reflected in the invitation and stationery you’ve chosen.
Cost Estimate & Deposit
Within two business days or more, depending upon the complexity of your project, you will receive a quote based on the specifics discussed at your consultation. A 50% project deposit starts the design process and will be applied to your final invoice.
Wording & Design
We will assist in the preparation of your wording and help with any etiquette questions. Once we receive your content, the design process begins, where you will work directly with one of our experienced designers. You will be asked to review the content and the layout carefully, looking at each and every detail for accuracy! You will have the opportunity to make two rounds of revisions to correctly capture the vision for your invitation. Additional changes, should they be necessary, will be at a cost of $35.00 per revision. Changes must be communicated via email to your designer.
Final Approval & Printing
Once we receive your e-mail approval of your design and confirmation of the quantity needed, we can schedule printing, order paper and embellishments (as needed). Printing time ranges from 2-6 weeks, depending upon the method of printing you’ve selected, as well as the availability of the papers you’ve chosen. Paperwhites offers rush printing for an additional fee.
Assembly & Delivery
We are happy to assemble and mail out your invitations, or you may pick them up from us and DIY. We will discuss options at your consultation and in your quote. Our assembly schedules range from 1-2 weeks, depending upon final quantity and complexity of any handwork you have chosen. If you are assembling your invitations, Paperwhites will provide complete DIY instruction. The final balance of your invitation or stationery is due at delivery.

Our first consultation is always complimentary! During this time, we will review the style and details of your wedding day. We will discuss colors, fonts, embellishments, paper quality, printing methods and budget … every part of an invitation that reflects you and makes your day memorable. We will show you a variety of sample invitations to help shape your decisions. Remember, Paperwhites is dedicated to creating beautiful invitations for you.
Paperwhites offers a variety of specialty services for wedding, personal and corporate clients. These include: calligraphy, ceremony programs, custom labels, maps, monograms, postage, day-of-event services, digital envelope printing, favors, large format printing, mailing services, menus, personal stationery, place cards, seating charts, signage, table numbers and thank you notes… and so much more!
We are not able to provide firm pricing before the initial consultation due to the many custom options and the unique, one-on-one service that we provide. Within two business days, depending upon the complexity of your project, you will receive a quote based to the specifics discussed at your consultation. Please know that we do not require you to purchase packages, nor do we require a minimum purchase.
Depending on the complexity of your project, please allow 2 to 6 months to design and produce your invitation. (Rush service is available for an additional fee.)
Paperwhites offers hundreds of exquisite paper options in matte, metallic, patterned and textile finishes. Envelopments® papers and pockets are also featured, as well as many other specialty and eco-friendly papers. Paper options will be discussed during the consultation.
Your print options include digital, conventional, thermography, letterpress, engraving, embossing, foiling, laser cut and printing on wood. All of these options will be reviewed during the consultation.
